Past, Present and Future

It’s already 4.26am in the morning..but yet i decided to come online..in fact i have jus gotten back home not too long ago..had a great time "catchin up" with my old jc frenz..

It has been a while since my last post..times flies..i am currently in ntu now..life has been busy ever since the start of sch..guess bcos of my cca..hardly go home since i got trainin on every sat from 9 to 5pm..hence, see no point in going back as i got to travel all the way to pasir ris..lol

Anw finally i got to go back home today! cos trainin has temporary ended due to the coming of examinations..den got to meet up with sean, nick, joshua they all..my old usual gang..haha..haven seen them for quite some time le..glad that everyone is still doing fine..jus that one or two with injured ankles due to army  -.-” lol ppl do take care..

As usual, we hanged around in tamp and went to watch the movie "Death note"..It was really a great show! "mysterious, exciting" but yet "comical" in some ways also..haha would say that finally my weekend was well spent!..had a great dinner at Fish and Co and great movie!! really enjoyed myself tonight =)

Wah i really a had great time over the past few days this week. Finally got the chance to see how my hostel is like. It is absolutely fantastic! Everything is so nice and furthermore there is air-con too. =D haha i will definitely be looking forward to my hostel life! ^-^

Other than the nice hostel, i also had an enjoyable time attending the hostel camp. Although the camp was rather short, only 3 days and 2 nights, but still it was really fun! This is all thanks to the great Dione GLs and fellow hostel mates. i would never forget all the wonderful times we had throughout that 3 days! Will be looking forward to the coming bbq with u guys on sunday too =D

It was indeed a memorable day..a day which I would never ever forget..

I have been looking forward to the arrival of this day..But yet, it just seems so impossible and I couldnt really imagine myself standing right on the stage to receive the awards..

Receiving the awards alone were already great enough..but the best part today wasnt just about receiving the awards..It was all about the citation which Mr Cheong (my air rifle teacher-in-charge) has prepared for me..That very moment has indeed left a deep impression in my heart now..

The citation was so perfect..making me feel so honoured and touched by what he has said in front of the audiences..I would always remember his words..

"We don’t call her ‘Jorce-the Force’ for nothing.."

"On behalf of Mr Audi, Ms Fauzana, Mrs Logon and the team, I salute you."

I would say that without Mr Cheong, I wouldnt have been standing up on the stage..All his guidance and encouragement throughout the 2 years has allowed me to come so far..He is a really nice teacher..someone who is always there to fight for the best for his students..His words are always so inspiring and it never fails to motivate you..

Thanks Mr Cheong! I would always remember what u said " Always give in your best shot in all you do!" I salute u too! =)

2 days 1 night..

It seemed so short..But yet there were so much fun and laughter..It was totally an enjoyable stay at the chalet..

Being able to gather everyone together again was not an easy task..but I was glad as everyone has made an effort to come..

During the stay at the chalet, there wasnt any special activities takin place..it was just simply sitting down chatting, playing cards games or mahjong..but all these were enough to see joys and laughters filling up the whole chalet room..Everyone was really enjoying themselves to the fullest..

But sadly, good times don’t last long..

Hopefully, everyone has really cherished that few hours we have spent together =)

Through all the times we have spent together in the past 2 years, it has somehow created an invisible bond between us…It is indeed amazing that how each of us coming from different background could actually go along so well with one another..

Dunno why..but I really feel very attached to this group of shooting friends..I do not know if they have felt the same way too..

Each and everyone of them with their own unique character has somehow made them to be a very fun-loving group of people to be with..I like the way they are..for being so true in expressing themselves..never regret knowing anyone of them..they just make my life so wonderful =)

With their presence, I have learnt what true friendship really means..Hopefully, this friendship can last on forever as I do really treasure it..=) Once a friend, always a friend.

Yeah finally ended my last day of SPMS orientation camp =) Feeling so tired now Zzz and my whole body is aching like hell..guess must be too long never exercise le..lol.. anw this 3 days 2 nights camp was fun and exciting..we had lots of games and activities like amazing race, campus blaze, field games, pool games, beach games and last of all the most exciting one which is fright night =D..most of the games were fun but rather tiring also especially amazing race and campus blaze cos we got to keep running here and there..lol it’s like killing me sia..now i know how big ntu is..haha..=P

Anw of all the games, i felt tat the fright night in sentosa was the best one..It was like my first time experiencing it..At first, felt tat it was a bit scary..cos we can only go in pairs and when it was my turn to go through the jungle trail, the time was like already 10 plus le..it was quite dark den and we were only given a light stick..lol..however, after going through it, it was quite fun actually..haha..cos when we were going through the jungle trail, it was very exciting as some of our seniors will jus suddenly jump out from the side or from the back to scare us..haha..den there were some who were crawling on the pathway..reminds me of ju-on sia..lol scary ar..haha..i must say that our seniors were all damn good in acting.. =P  Oh the whole, it was a great and unforgetable experience! =D

9th July 2006, Sunday

Hmm time really flies..In a blink, it’s like already July now..counting down to about few more days before my first uni SPMS orientation and a few more weeks before my sch starts..haiz this would also mean an end to my slacking days soon..lol =P

Anw had been hanging out quite often recently..especially during the weekends..jus met up with my aunt and my cousins on fri..it has been quite some time before we last meet..after all it’s always hard to find a "suitable time" to meet up..lol..at first i was thinkin maybe could use this chance to do some shoppin since there’s great singapore sales now..but who noes in the end we are like hanging around those households appliances department..haha lol..all thanks to my aunt..-.-” but not too bad lah cos if it’s not for her i would hardly get a chance to step into those kinds of departments too..haha =D

Anw i jus spend the day hanging around with my aunt till about nite time after having our dinner at Han’s..It was quite tiring den cos i have made a wrong decision to wear my heels..lol but no choice cos i was in a hurry when i am going out so ya..dotz..-.-”

Haha..anw the day hasnt ended by den..>.< i still got rush down to tamp to meet up with mj, sean, nick and kt..cos they have been waitin for me there to catch the "Superman" movie..lol..so sorry guys to keep u all waitin..=P

Hmm the movie was nice but quite long also..lasted about 2 hours plus..so it was like already around one plus when we finished the movie..tis would mean that there will be no more buses and trains as well..so as usual we got to walk home again from tamp..somehow walkin home from tamp is already like normal routine now..have already gotten so used to it since tamp is usually the place we hanged out..lol..

Anw guess will hardly have such chance again since sch is gonna starts soon for me..By den, i would most likely be hanging in the west le ba..lol..guess sure will miss all these times hanging around with nick, sean, kt and mj..but luckily lah at least still living in the same hostel with mj..not too bad lah =) haha..meanwhile shall treasure these remaining days before sch starts =D will be lookin forward to the next outing!

Today is a special day..It’s the day whereby all the ‘A’ Division shooting teams will assemble at Yishun Safra for their International Competition..It’s the day which every team is lookin forward to, especially after all their hard training..

As for me, this date used to be the day which I am excited about and yet also afraid of..cos it’s really tough to stand there all alone on the firing line..not only u have to overcome the tense atmosphere and yet u also have to face the consequences of every single shot u made..cos shooting is a sport whereby every shot counts..jus one or two points different could actually create a great impact on the overall results..

Anw, today i woke up quite early in the morning so as to make sure that I would be on time to support the Meridians shooting teams..The pistols guys were the ones going for the first detail, followed by pistols girls, rifle girls and finally, the rifle guys..At first, everyone was looking fine..However, once they were on the frontline, it was a totally different case..Some were still able to remain calm but some look quite tense up.. jus like how i was liked when i was shooting for the competition for the first time..lol..anw even though, i wasnt shooting tis time round, but somehow i jus feel as nervous as the teams..

As the competition went on, i jus sat behind on the spectators’ area to watch out for my fellow shooters..i was praying veri hard for every shots they made..cos i do really hope tat they will do well..After all, they had put in a lot of effort for this competition and i was once like them too, so i noe exactly how it feels if we were to fail to perform well..

However, things did not went on smoothly for the MJC teams today as we were meet up with stronger competitors this year..This is quite sad for all the teams..cos i had seen how hard they struggled to pull off every single trigger on the firing line..keepin their minds focus on every single shots..all of them had try their very best for today but the results was bad.. Everyone was lookin sad den..=( Some were blaming themselves for the mistakes they made..I was there feeling helpless too..dunno how to console them..

Most of the teams members den decided to go off first..Nobody wished to stay at that place except the girls’ rifle team..cos they were still praying for their veri last hope..which is getting the Zones Championship..that was the only thing they can hope for at that time..so i stayed on with them..we waited for quite a while before the final results were out..Luckily, this time round, it was a good news..The rifle girls’ managed to secure their Zones Championship! =D Finally, i was able see smiles on their faces again and i felt much better also..At least, this gave them some encouragement and made them feel less sad about not entering the finals (they jus missed it by 4 points..arghh..)

Actually, no matter wat, I am really proud of everyone today, especially the girls’ rifle team..I seriously think that they did well..It is jus that their competitors were too strong..So everyone do cheer up k =) Dun be too bother by the results..Anw it was nice being able to stand by all of u and supporting all of u today =) U guys put up a great fight! Let’s keep this spirits on as we are the Meridians Shooting team! =D

16th June, Friday

Yawnz..Zzz..was kinda tired now but still i decided to come online..lol..yesterday i was working for the whole day..only came back home when it was around 11 plus 12..den today i got up early in the morning again cos got to meet nick and kian tong in sch to collect my A-level cert (supposed to collect long long ago actually..=P) lol haha..Hmm anw quite some never step into sch le..but it was great to go back there..especially back into the sch range..e place which i missed the most..

As usual when we got there, the shooting team were all ready on the front line..they were all focusing and trainin hard for their coming competition in july..all these reminded me of the past when i used to be like them..puttin on the full shootin suit in that "super duper hot" range -.-” lol haha..den i still remember the pistol team would always be laughing at us cos they didnt need to be suited up..lol..but anw this time round, the new team looks really great..all having their black marksman suits and black aluminium pre-compressed feinwerkbau P700..wow looks exactly like a professional team! envy sia..unlike thoses time where i would be wearing the so called "colourful" suit and using the old corking rifle..lol haha..

hmm but den even though it was great to have all the lastest shootin equipment, i could also sense that the stress on the team members have increased as well..cos every year the competition would become even stronger..but still, i trust that our meridian shootin spirit will remain..all the best ya shooters!   

Oh anw Mr cheong and Coach Zhang were there also..and coach was really happy to see us again =) we kinda have some chat with her before leaving the range and heading our way to meet up with sean for lunch at white sands..den as usual the guys went on and on about their ARMY stuffs..lol haha..but cant blame them lah since their lives all revolve around army now..lol >.<..

After lunch, the guys went on for their lan games while i headed for home..guess they are still playin now ba while i am writing this..haha =D hope they are havin fun!

Lastly, it’s also a special day today cos it’s one of my pri sch frenz’s bday..so i shall wish u haPpY biRthdaY ya if u happen to be reading this..haha..=>

Hmm woke up at about 11 plus today..ZzzZz..quite amazing actually..lol haha bcos i thought i would wake up even later..i was on the phone throughout e whole night yesterday.. =P guess must be long time never chat on phone le..so really had a great time talking to my fren last night..somehow e conversation jus went on and on..so in e end, we only ended our chat at about 4am plus..lol @.@

Anw had a great day today =) After waking up, i took a shower and as usual did some household chores as mum is not feeling well recently..so i had the duty to do all the household chores..lol..but den it was different today..cos I am actually preparing dinner! haha and guess wat it was actually quite fun =D..this is sort of my first time tryin to prepare a full meal on my own ba..cos usually all the cookin is done by my mum..lol..anw haha luckily i didn’t create a mess in the kitchen..=P

Overall, it was a nice experience..having to think about wat i wanna cook and preparing all the ingredients..haha..even though it was just some simple dishes but I would say not too bad lah..at least it turn out quite ok..haha..den dad and mum were satisfied with my cookin also..haha..so I would say it’s a success =D yeah!

Haha I will be looking forward to preparing the next full meal again!
